This saree is from our collection "Rudraksha".Rudraksha is made of two words: Rudra, meaning Lord Shiva and Aksha, meaning eyes, signifying Shiva's eyes. It is said to protect the wearer from all evils and lends a sense of spirituality. When it comes to Indian textiles, this motif has been used in variety of textiles ranging from Banarasi weaves to Kanchipuram sarees. RUDRAKSHA has been one of the classic motifs in the weaving clusters of Pollachi region.

Woven on traditional handlooms at the Ethicus Studio, this contemporary collection is a modern take on the RUDRAKSHA motif in a plethora of layouts, striking colours and textures.
